HOW TO WEAR VIBRAMS ?
Vibrams are unique footwear with seperated toes. We are not used to keep our toes seperate, all our footwears squish our toes. Intially you will face difficulties in wearing them . After 1 week you will be able to wear them with closed eyes :). We are attaching a simple video on how to wear your vibrams. Do check it out.
TRANSITION TIPS FOR BAREFOOT
Vibrams are unique footwear and different than our current one.So it will take some time to adjust. Be patient and start wearing them gradually.It can take several days to months to fully transition into Vibram FiveFingers®. If you are experiencing soreness or discomfort, allow your body to rest! Initially only use them for short walks and normal exercises. Do some feet strengthening exercises. After few days you will start loving the feeling of the footwear.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR VIBRAM
We recommand handwash with light detergent.Soak Vibram FiveFingers® in bucket of water with denture cleaning. Use toothbrush for removing dirt. After washing-keep them for air dry. Do not leave them outside. Some insect or animal may bite and damage.
